Having trouble reaching Hamilton Allergy Center?

TO OUR PATIENTS

I hope you are well.
Our practice is experiencing a temporary staffing shortage which is causing delays in answering and responding to phone calls.
To help us respond faster, please submit inquiries using 1 of the 2 methods here:

1. Complete the REQUEST APPOINTMENT / CONTACT US FORM (on our homepage)

2.  Send an email to reception@hamiltonallergy.com

For billing inquiries, please email billing@hamiltonallergy.com). Contacting us in these ways (instead of by phone) allows us to assess, prioritize and answer messages faster.  Our goal is to answer patient inquiries on the same day we receive them.  

Please include in the message as much detail as we would need to handle your request:

- Note the patient's name and the message's purpose (e.g. med refill, appointment request/change, question about medicine or plan, etc.).
- Make sure your contact info is up to date and consider giving your home/cell numbers if there is any chance our records are out of date.
- If it is an urgent matter requiring immediate attention, use the word "URGENT" in the subject line. 
- We also suggest continuing to phone us to increase chances of getting a quick response.  

We are aggressively working to hire a receptionist and return to normal operation ASAP.
